In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various large-item products, including but not limited to:
- Grills and BBQ equipment
- Lawn mowers and outdoor power equipment
- Patio furniture sets
- Wheelbarrows
- Outdoor storage sheds
- Bicycles
- Other similar large-item builds

Assembly Technician - Summary- Assemble a wide range of retail products in major stores

- Document completed assemblies with photos and digital records
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in retail store environments
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and other team members
- Comply with all company and client safety standards
- Competitive, piece-rate compensation with average earnings of $20/hr and top performers reaching $60/hr equivalent

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to repeatedly lift and handle items weighing 50+ lbs

- Own set of tools, including (but not limited to): 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow assembly instructions
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Mechanically inclined with a passion for hands-on work
- Dependable and punctual, never missing scheduled assignments
- Motivated by performance-based earnings
