Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble various products including BBQ grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and similar large items inside retail environments.
- Ensure all products are safely, efficiently, and accurately assembled according to manufacturer specifications and company guidelines.
- Use a range of hand and power tools, including but not limited to cordless drills, sockets, Allen/hex bit sets, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, box cutters, and rubber mallets.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company’s app.
- Demonstrate punctuality by checking in on time at job sites and consistently meeting assignment deadlines.
- Maintain reliability by fulfilling all scheduled assignments and adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company supervisors as needed.
