As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for expertly assembling high-demand retail products—including grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, outdoor power equipment, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, and similar large items—directly inside local stores. Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a wide range of large-item retail products efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer specifications.
- Work on-site at major retail locations, ensuring all builds meet quality and safety standards.
- Utilize personal tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone app for photos, barcoding, and invoicing.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent M&C Assemblies positively in every interaction with store personnel and customers.
- Meet all assigned deadlines and check in on time at each job site to maximize earning potential.
- Adhere to company guidelines for safety, punctuality, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of repeatedly lifting 50 pounds or more and handling large-item assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to various job sites.
- Ownership of required tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Smartphone with a functioning camera for documentation and use of company app.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- No formal experience required, but candidates must be mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
