Applicants must be at least 18 years old, physically able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, and possess a set of required tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet. A smartphone with a working camera is also required for daily operations using the company’s app. Being mechanically inclined and ready to work are essential for success in this role. No formal experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and readiness to learn are must-haves.
