Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble retail products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and bicycles directly in-store.
- Utilize your own set of tools, including power drills, socket sets, screwdrivers, and more, to complete assigned assemblies efficiently and safely.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Arrive punctually at scheduled job sites and maintain professional conduct throughout assignment duration.
- Comply with all safety protocols and assembly guidelines to ensure high-quality workmanship and product integrity.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and team members as needed to coordinate assembly tasks.
- Maintain a consistent, high level of reliability—demonstrating commitment by never missing a scheduled assignment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more repeatedly during assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from various retail store locations.
- Own a smartphone with a functioning camera for documentation and app-based processes.
- Possess a personal set of tools, including:
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined and able to assemble large products following detailed instructions.
