Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a wide range of products including grills, BBQs, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture sets, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, bikes, and similar large items
- Work on-site at major retail locations to ensure products are properly and safely assembled
- Utilize personal tools, including a cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Document work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app
- Maintain high standards of quality workmanship and speed to meet company and client expectations
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company coordinators as needed
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability by checking in on time at job sites
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and handling large-item assembly
- Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites
- Smartphone with working camera for required documentation
- Ownership of necessary tools for assembly (see Duties & Responsibilities section)
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed instructions
- Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability
- No formal experience required, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
