Assembly Technician - Summary- Assemble a variety of retail products, including grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, and more, inside major retail stores.
- Work independently and manage your own schedule using a self-scheduling system.

- Ensure all assemblies meet company standards for safety, quality, and accuracy.
- Use your own tools, including cordless drills, metric sockets, allen/hex bit sets, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, box cutters, and rubber mallets, to complete builds.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through our company app.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and your team to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues.
- Maintain punctuality, reliability, and professionalism on every assignment.
- Performance-based compensation with average earnings of $20 per hour and top performers earning up to $60 per hour equivalent with no cap.
- Weekly direct deposit payments for completed work.

- Minimum age of 18 years required.
- Physically able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and assemble large items safely.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites.
- Smartphone with a functioning camera for documentation, scanning, and invoicing.
- Ownership of required assembly tools, including a cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
- Adaptable to a variety of assembly tasks and projects in different retail environments.
- Consistent in punctuality and quality of work, with a proven record of reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in assembly, construction, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
- No formal experience required, but mechanical skills and readiness to work are essential.
- All assembly technicians are paid by the piece, with additional incentives for speed and quality workmanship.
