Assembly Technician - Summary
- Assemble a variety of retail products inside major stores, including grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, and more.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently assemble large-item retail products to precise quality standards.
- Use personal hand and power tools (such as 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, screwdrivers, cutting pliers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, rubber mallet, etc.).
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing via the company app.
- Communicate professionally with store personnel and follow all store guidelines and safety protocols.
- Demonstrate punctuality by checking in on time and maintaining a reliable attendance record.
- Deliver high-quality, accurate builds while managing time efficiently to complete assignments on schedule.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly and work with heavy or bulky items.
- Reliable personal transportation to commute to various store locations.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a working camera for documentation purposes.
- Possession of a complete set of assembly tools, including but not limited to 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow assembly instructions with attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
- No formal assembly experience required; willingness to learn and work hard is essential.
