Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a wide range of retail products according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Utilize personal tools and equipment, including cordless drills, socket sets, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, utility knives, and mallets.
- Document assembly work via a smartphone app, including taking photos and managing invoices.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, quality, and safety throughout each project.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability by arriving on time for each assignment.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and management as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to assembly and store conduct.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Ownership of necessary assembly tools, including:
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (highly preferred)
- Deep metric socket set
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter or utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed assembly instructions.
