As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for efficiently assembling products such as grills, BBQs, lawn mowers, patio furniture sets, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bikes, and similar large-items. Your work will directly impact the convenience and satisfaction of customers shopping at some of the most recognized retail brands. As an Assembly Technician, you will need to be at least 18 years old, physically capable of lifting over 50 lbs repeatedly, and have reliable personal transportation. Additionally, you should possess your own set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter/utility knife, and a rubber mallet. You will also need a smartphone with a working camera to facilitate photos, scanning, and invoicing through our app.
No formal experience is required for the Assembly Technician role, but mechanical aptitude and a readiness to work are essential.
