Assembly Technician - Summary- Join the nation’s largest in-store assembly company and assemble high-demand retail products directly inside major retail stores.

- Assemble a variety of merchandise, including grills, BBQs, lawn mowers, patio furniture, outdoor power equipment, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, and more.
- Follow assembly instructions and safety procedures to ensure accurate and secure builds.
- Use your own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability by checking in on time at job sites and consistently delivering high-quality workmanship.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and handle the demands of large-item assembly.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to different retail locations as needed.
- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation, scanning, and invoicing.
- Ownership of required tools: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable assembling a range of retail products.
