As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for constructing various large consumer items such as grills, BBQ equipment, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and similar products. Your work will be critical in delivering high-quality, fully assembled merchandise directly to customers in retail settings. Successful technicians are also expected to provide their own set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and a rubber mallet. A smartphone with a working camera is required for job documentation, scanning, and invoicing via the company app.
This position is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship. While no formal assembly experience is required, mechanical aptitude is essential.
