Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a wide range of products including grills, BBQs, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, bikes, and other items as assigned.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions to ensure products are built safely, securely, and to manufacturer specifications.
- Use your own set of tools (including cordless drills, metric sockets, Allen/hex bit sets, pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet) to complete assemblies.
- Document completed work using a smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, focusing on both speed and quality to maximize earnings and job opportunities.
- Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and consistently completing assignments as scheduled.
- Interact professionally with store personnel and customers as a representative of the company.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and manufacturer procedures at all times.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive piece-rate compensation structure with average earnings around $20 per hour and top performers earning up to $60 per hour equivalent with no cap.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift and move items weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable personal transportation required for travel to various store locations.
- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation and communication through company app.
- Own set of tools, including (but not limited to): 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined; ability to follow instructions and complete assemblies accurately and efficiently.
