As an Assembly Technician, you will play an essential role in assembling a wide variety of large retail products for a national leader in in-store assembly services. This hands-on position requires a mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and ensuring high-quality builds of items such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, and more. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assembling large-item products such as:
- Grills and BBQ equipment
- Lawn mowers and outdoor power equipment
- Patio furniture sets
- Wheelbarrows and outdoor storage sheds
- Bicycles and similar large-item assemblies

To be considered for the Assembly Technician position, you must meet all requirements. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, physically capable of repeatedly lifting items over 50 lbs, and able to handle large-item assembly. Reliable personal transportation is essential, as is possession of a smartphone with a functioning camera (for work documentation, scanning, and invoicing through our app). You must also have your own set of standard assembly tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
No formal experience is required; however, mechanical aptitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and a readiness to work are critical. You will be rewarded for punctuality and quality workmanship, with higher commission rates and more assignments available to those who consistently deliver.
