Assembly Technician - Summary- Hands-on role assembling large retail products within major store locations.
- Opportunity to work with a variety of items including grills, lawn mowers, bikes, patio furniture, and more.

- Assemble a wide range of large-item retail products efficiently and accurately on-site at various store locations.
- Ensure all products are built to manufacturer specifications and meet quality standards.
- Utilize your own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet, to complete assembly tasks.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Maintain a high level of punctuality and reliability, checking in on time to maximize commission rates.
- Consistently deliver quality workmanship and complete assignments as scheduled.
- Communicate professionally with store personnel and M&C Assemblies team members as needed.
- Performance-based pay structure with an average earning of $20/hr, with top performers reaching up to $60/hr equivalent. No cap on earnings.
- Weekly pay via direct deposit for convenience and reliability.
- Automated percentage increases in pay for punctuality and high-volume assembly work.
- Priority access to additional jobs and high-volume store assignments for technicians demonstrating reliability and quality work.
- Flexible scheduling allows you to control your availability and work close to home.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and manage large-item assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned store locations.
- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation and app use.
- Ownership of required tools: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Dependable and hardworking, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Demonstrates punctuality and excellent attendance.
- Delivers a high standard of quality and efficiency in all assembly tasks.
- Comfortable working independently in a retail environment.
