M&C Assemblies is seeking motivated and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Assembly Technicians. As the nation’s largest provider of in-store assembly services, we offer a unique opportunity to build and assemble a variety of popular retail products directly within major retail environments. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the in-store assembly of products such as grills, BBQ equipment, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, and other large-item builds. The work is highly flexible, allowing you to self-schedule your assignments and select jobs at stores you frequently visit. With weekly pay and incentive-based earnings, your performance directly contributes to your income potential, with top performers achieving significantly higher rates through efficiency, reliability, and quality assembly work.

- Demonstrate a commitment to safety and proper handling of merchandise
- Performance-based compensation with no cap on earnings
- Annual average rates starting at $20/hr, with top performers achieving up to $60/hr equivalent

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically able to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Access to reliable personal transportation
- Smartphone with functional camera for app-based tasks
- Ownership of required tools, including:
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to read and follow instructions
