Our Assembly Technician role is an excellent entry point into the retail assembly industry. No formal experience is required, but you must be comfortable using hand and power tools, follow assembly instructions with precision, and be committed to meeting performance standards. The Assembly Technician position provides weekly pay via direct deposit and includes additional commission incentives based on the number of items assembled and punctuality. - Ensure all items are assembled safely, accurately, and efficiently according to manufacturer specifications
- Communicate with store personnel as needed to coordinate assembly tasks
- Utilize personal tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, socket sets, screwdrivers, and other hand tools
- Document completed work using a smartphone app for check-in, scanning, invoicing, and photo documentation
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
- Demonstrate professionalism and reliability by showing up on time and completing assignments as scheduled
- Competitive pay structure: average $20/hr, top performers can achieve significantly higher earnings with no cap

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically able to lift and assemble items weighing 50 lbs or more repeatedly
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to various store locations
- Ownership of required tools, including a cordless impact driver or drill, socket sets, Allen/hex bits, pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and mallet
- Smartphone with a working camera for app-based job documentation
- Mechanically inclined and able to work independently
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to maximize earnings through efficient work
- Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety
- Flexible and able to adapt to different store environments and assembly tasks
- No formal assembly experience required; training and support are provided
