Assembly Technician - Summary- Responsible for assembling a variety of large retail products in-store at major retail locations.
- Work with products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, outdoor power equipment, bikes, wheelbarrows, outdoor sheds, and more.
- Flexible self-scheduling system allows for control over your workdays and hours.

- Assemble a wide range of large-item merchandise inside major retail stores according to manufacturer specifications and store standards.
- Ensure all assembled products are safe, secure, and visually appealing for customers.
- Use personal set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Utilize a smartphone for taking photos, scanning, and completing invoicing through the company app.
- Maintain a high level of punctuality with on-time check-ins at job sites to maximize commission rates.
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently completing assignments and never missing a scheduled shift.
- Deliver speed and quality workmanship for each assembly assignment.
- Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
- Average earnings of $20 per hour with top performers reaching up to $60 per hour equivalent based on performance.
- Weekly pay via direct deposit for convenience and financial stability.

- Work locally at retail stores you already know and visit, with new assignments and variety daily.
- Minimum age of 18 years required.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver items weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly during assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between retail store assignments as needed.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a working camera for job documentation and company app usage.
- Possession of personal tools necessary for assembly work, including but not limited to an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing assignments on schedule.
- Mechanically skilled with a keen attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting performance goals.
- Able to adapt quickly to new assembly tasks and product types.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to document work and follow company procedures.
