Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a wide range of large-item merchandise inside major retail stores according to manufacturer specifications and store standards.
- Ensure all assembled products are safe, secure, and visually appealing for customers.
- Use personal set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Utilize a smartphone for taking photos, scanning, and completing invoicing through the company app.
- Maintain a high level of punctuality with on-time check-ins at job sites to maximize commission rates.
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently completing assignments and never missing a scheduled shift.
- Deliver speed and quality workmanship for each assembly assignment.
- Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
Salary & Benefits
- Average earnings of $20 per hour with top performers reaching up to $60 per hour equivalent based on performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years required.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver items weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly during assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between retail store assignments as needed.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a working camera for job documentation and company app usage.
- Possession of personal tools necessary for assembly work, including but not limited to an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow assembly instructions accurately.
