To excel as an Assembly Technician, you must possess your own set of specialized bicycle tools, including a 3/8 drive Allen (hex) socket/key set, torque wrench, pedal wrench, diagonal cutting pliers, screwdrivers, bike stand, air compressor, floor pump, and tire pressure gauge. Mastery of these tools is crucial for efficient and precise assembly of bicycles and other retail products. Additionally, you must be prepared to work flexible hours, as shifts can vary based on client requirements, with potential start times as early as 6am and end times as late as 7pm on weekdays.

Compensation for the Assembly Technician role is performance-based, with a flat commission rate per item assembled. As a W2 employee, you will be eligible for health benefits after six months of employment and paid time off after four months, provided you meet the required average weekly hours.
