Technicians are offered a self-scheduling system, providing flexibility and control over your workdays and hours. To succeed as an Assembly Technician, you must be able to repeatedly lift at least 50 pounds and comfortably handle the assembly of large items. Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone with a working camera are required, as you will use company applications for invoicing, scanning, and documenting completed work. You must also supply your own set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
