Assembly Technician - Summary- Join a leading retail assembly service provider as an Assembly Technician.
- Assemble products such as grills, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, bikes, storage sheds, and more inside major retail stores.
- Work independently with the flexibility to set your own schedule and maximize income potential through performance-based incentives.

- Assemble various large retail products including but not limited to grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and bicycles within store settings.
- Follow assembly instructions and safety guidelines to ensure proper product setup and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your own set of tools, including cordless drills, deep metric sockets, screwdrivers, and additional hand tools for efficient assembly.
- Document completed assignments using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing via the company app.
- Maintain punctuality by checking in on time at assigned job sites to qualify for higher commission rates.
- Consistently deliver high-quality workmanship, meeting or exceeding performance expectations for speed and accuracy.
- Demonstrate professionalism and reliability by consistently fulfilling scheduled assignments and adhering to company standards.
- Competitive pay structure with average earnings around $20 per hour, with top performers able to achieve higher rates based on output and efficiency.
- Performance-based incentives with no cap on earnings; the more efficiently you assemble, the more you earn.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites as required.

- Ownership of essential tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed assembly instructions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are critical to success in this role.
- Mechanically skilled and enjoys hands-on, detail-oriented work.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and assignments.
