- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone application, including photos and scanning for invoicing
- Maintain punctuality by checking in on time at job sites, which impacts commission rates
- Adhere to company standards for quality, speed, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with store personnel and M&C Assemblies coordinators as needed

- Ownership of assembly tools, including (but not limited to):
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Smartphone with camera for job documentation and app use
- Mechanical aptitude; no formal assembly experience required, but applicants must be ready and able to learn quickly
- Mechanically inclined and capable of troubleshooting assembly challenges
