Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently and correctly assemble merchandise such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, bikes, and similar items on-site at retail locations.
- Follow manufacturer instructions and company standards for safe and accurate assembly.
- Complete assigned builds within specified timeframes while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate effectively with store staff and customers as needed.
- Arrive on time for each assignment and check-in as required to receive performance-based pay increases.
- Utilize your own set of tools, including but not limited to an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently completing assignments and never missing a scheduled job.
Salary & Benefits
- Average earnings of $20 per hour, with top performers reaching equivalent of $60 per hour. No cap on earnings; compensation is based on the number of items assembled efficiently and accurately.
- Weekly pay via direct deposit for added convenience and financial stability.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
- Reliable personal transportation to reach various retail store locations as scheduled.
- Smartphone with a working camera, required for work documentation and invoicing.
- Ownership of a comprehensive tool set, including power and hand tools as specified.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow assembly instructions precisely.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality; ability to self-manage and maintain a strong work ethic.
