As an Assembly Technician, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule with a self-scheduling system, allowing you to block availability and maintain full control over your work hours. Assemblers are compensated on a piece-rate basis, earning more for efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of builds. Top performers can achieve significant earnings, with no cap on pay. An Assembly Technician should be comfortable lifting items weighing over 50 pounds and handling large-item assembly using their own tools. Required equipment includes a cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, a variety of screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet. A smartphone with a camera is essential for managing photos, scanning, and invoicing through our proprietary app.
