- Use personal tools and equipment to complete required assemblies
- Document completed work using a smartphone app for scanning and invoicing
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled assignments

- Average earnings of $20 per hour, with top performers earning up to $60 per hour equivalent
- No cap on earnings; paid per piece assembled

- Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding assembly tasks
- Reliable personal transportation to and from store locations
- Smartphone with camera functionality for documentation and app use
- Ownership of required tools, including:
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- No formal experience required, but mechanical aptitude is essential
- Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on, physical work
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality assembly
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
