Assembly Technician - Summary- Assemble various large retail products inside major retail stores
- Control your schedule with a self-scheduling system

- Ensure all assembled products meet company and manufacturer specifications for safety and quality
- Document completed work using a smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing
- Maintain punctuality by checking in on time at job sites to qualify for higher commission rates
- Follow all company policies and procedures for assembly, safety, and customer interaction
- Transport personal tools and equipment to each assignment location
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and M&C Assemblies support staff

- Ownership of required tools, including (but not limited to):
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow assembly instructions
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work
- Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and quality workmanship
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and committed to assembling products correctly the first time
- Adaptable and able to manage a variable workload
