To excel as an Assembly Technician, you must meet all requirements, including physical capability, transportation, and ownership of essential tools. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, and possess good mechanical aptitude. A smartphone with camera functionality is required for completing job documentation using our app, and you’ll need your own assembly tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, metric socket set, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
