Assembly Technician - Summary- Join the largest in-store assembly company in the country
- Assemble a variety of large retail products, including grills, patio furniture, outdoor equipment, and bikes

- Efficiently assemble various large products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, sheds, bikes, and outdoor equipment in retail store settings
- Follow assembly instructions and safety guidelines to ensure all products are built correctly and securely
- Use personal tools to complete assembly tasks, including drills, metric sockets, Allen/hex bit sets, screwdrivers, wrenches, cutting pliers, box cutters, and rubber mallets
- Document completed work with photos and manage tasks using a smartphone app
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled assignments
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and complete units in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with store personnel as needed
- Competitive pay structure: average $20/hour, with potential to earn up to $60/hour equivalent based on efficiency and quality

- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ownership of required tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Smartphone with working camera (for photos, scanning, and invoicing in the company app)
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
