Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer’s specifications and safety standards.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including cordless impact drivers, drills, metric sockets, Allen/hex bit sets, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, box cutters, and rubber mallets.
- Document assemblies using a smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing.
- Check in on time at job sites and maintain a professional demeanor while representing the company in retail environments.
- Maintain high standards for speed, quality, and reliability in all assignments.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during assembly and while working in retail spaces.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and assembling large items.
- Reliable personal transportation to job sites.
- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation and use of the company app.
- Ownership of required assembly tools (cordless impact driver or drill, metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, various screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, rubber mallet).
- No formal experience required, but mechanical aptitude and readiness to work are essential.
