Duties & Responsibilities- Assemble a variety of large retail products in-store, including grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, wheelbarrows, and outdoor storage sheds.
- Ensure all products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and according to manufacturer instructions and safety standards.
- Utilize your own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet as required for assembly tasks.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company’s app.
- Maintain punctuality by checking in on time at each job site to maximize commission rates and job opportunities.
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up for scheduled assignments and never missing a shift.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting or exceeding company standards for speed and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with store management and the company’s internal support team as needed.
- Performance-based pay structure, with average earnings around $20 per hour and top performers achieving the equivalent of $60 per hour with no cap on earnings.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
