As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate assembly of a variety of large-item products within well-known retail environments. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and store productivity, making you an essential part of the team. - Assemble products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and other large items according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Work efficiently to complete assigned builds within specified timeframes while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
- Utilize personal tools, including a cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Adhere to punctuality and reliability expectations, including timely check-ins and consistent attendance.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and others.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and the company to coordinate assignments and resolve any issues as they arise.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while representing the company in retail settings.
- Performance-based compensation structure with average earnings around $20 per hour and potential for significantly higher pay based on efficiency and quality.
- No cap on earnings – the more you build, the more you earn.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and handle the demands of large-item assembly work.
- Own reliable personal transportation for traveling to different store locations as assigned.
- Have a smartphone with a working camera for documentation and app-based processes.
- Possess a complete set of basic assembly tools, including but not limited to a cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- No formal experience required, but being mechanically inclined is essential for success in this role.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates consistent punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
