As an Assembly Technician, you will need to be at least 18 years old and physically capable of lifting items weighing 50 pounds or more on a repeated basis. Reliable personal transportation is essential for traveling between job sites. A smartphone with a working camera is required for documentation, scanning, and invoicing through the company’s app. You must also possess your own set of tools, which should include an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, an Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
While formal experience is not a requirement, being mechanically inclined and ready to work independently is essential.
