Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of products including grills, lawn mowers, outdoor furniture, storage sheds, bicycles, wheelbarrows, and more
- Ensure all assemblies are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently according to manufacturer and store standards
- Use your own set of required tools to complete assemblies
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through a mobile app
- Travel to assigned retail locations as scheduled
- Maintain a high level of punctuality and reliability
- Demonstrate attention to detail and quality workmanship in every assembly
- Communicate professionally with store personnel and customers as needed
- Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures
Salary & Benefits
- Average hourly earnings around $20, with the potential for top performers to earn up to $60 per hour or more, based on productivity

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and handle large-item assembly
- Reliable personal transportation for travel to job sites
- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation and app use
- Ownership of necessary tools, including:
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined and able to work independently
