Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure customers receive expertly assembled products ready for immediate use.

Our company partners with leading retailers, providing in-store assembly services that help customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience. As an Assembly Technician, you will have the opportunity to work in familiar retail environments, assembling merchandise for well-known brands. Assembly Technicians enjoy a flexible, self-scheduled work structure. You will have the autonomy to manage your own availability, allowing you to block out days and hours that suit your personal schedule. To succeed as an Assembly Technician, you must be punctual, reliable, and mechanically inclined. You will need to provide your own transportation, possess a smartphone for job management, and bring a set of basic tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and a rubber mallet. Your ability to lift and handle heavy items repeatedly will ensure you can tackle all assembly assignments safely and efficiently.

Assembly Technicians are rewarded for their dedication. Automated percentage increases incentivize on-time check-ins, high-volume completion, and consistent quality. Those who demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and skill are given priority access to more assignments, higher-volume locations, and increased commission rates. Payment is issued weekly through direct deposit, ensuring timely compensation for your hard work.
