As an Assembly Technician, you will be a contractor, working independently while enjoying the support and structure provided by M&C Assemblies. Your primary responsibilities will include assembling a wide range of retail products directly on site at major retail stores. The products you will assemble may include BBQ grills, patio sets, wheelbarrows, bicycles, outdoor storage units, lawn mowers, outdoor power tools, and similar large or complex items. Reliable personal transportation is necessary for commuting between job sites, and ownership of a smartphone with a functioning camera is required for job-related documentation and communication through our app. Additionally, candidates must possess personal tools, including but not limited to an 18V cordless drill or impact driver, deep metric socket set, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, various screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
Mechanical aptitude is essential, but formal assembly experience is not required. M&C Assemblies values individuals who are motivated, dependable, and ready to learn.
