As an Assembly Technician, your responsibilities will include assembling products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, outdoor power equipment, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, and other large-item merchandise. You will use your own tools and mechanical skills to perform these tasks efficiently and correctly, ensuring that all products are fully assembled to store and manufacturer standards. Your role will directly impact store operations and customer satisfaction, making it essential to maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in every assembly.

There is no cap on your earning potential—the more efficiently, accurately, and quickly you assemble products, the more you can earn. Additional incentive programs include automated percentage increases for on-time check-ins, unit completion, and high assembly volume, along with weekly direct deposit pay.
To be considered for this role, you must meet several requirements. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, physically able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly, and capable of handling large-item assembly. Reliable personal transportation is essential for traveling to various retail locations, and a smartphone with a working camera is required for work-related photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app. Assembly Technicians must also provide their own set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen or hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
