Assembly Technician - Summary
- Responsible for assembling a variety of retail products, including grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, outdoor equipment, bikes, and similar items within major retail stores.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble retail products accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Complete daily assignments in designated retail locations, ensuring all products are fully constructed and meet quality expectations.
- Utilize personal tools, including cordless drills, socket sets, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, utility knives, and rubber mallets, to perform assembly tasks.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing via the company app.
- Maintain punctuality by checking in on time at assigned locations to maximize commission rates.
- Demonstrate reliability by fulfilling assignments consistently and never missing scheduled shifts.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and performing large-item assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between assignments.
- Smartphone with a working camera for job documentation and app usage.
- Ownership of necessary assembly tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed assembly instructions.
