To succeed as an Assembly Technician, you must be physically capable of lifting and assembling large products and comfortable working independently on-site at various retail locations. A reliable form of transportation, a smartphone with a camera, and a personal toolkit are essential for this position. Your toolkit should include, at minimum, an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, various screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, utility knife, and rubber mallet. Punctuality, reliability, and fast, quality workmanship are highly rewarded, and no-shows will not be tolerated.
While previous assembly experience is not required, candidates should be mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
