Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a wide range of retail merchandise, including grills, lawn mowers, power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, and bikes.
- Work on-site at major retail stores, building products for display and sale.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and safety guidelines for each product type.
- Utilize personal tools, including cordless drills, socket sets, screwdrivers, and more, to complete assemblies efficiently.
- Document completion of assemblies using a smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing.
- Ensure all work is performed with attention to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain punctuality by checking in on time, which is rewarded with higher commission rates.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift and maneuver items weighing 50 pounds or more.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from store locations.

- Ownership of essential assembly tools, including a cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
