Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bikes, and similar large items at designated retail locations.
- Utilize personal hand and power tools to complete assemblies according to manufacturer and retailer specifications.
- Follow detailed instructions and diagrams to ensure precise and safe assembly of merchandise.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency while assembling products within established timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company supervisors as needed.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Demonstrate punctuality by checking in on time at job sites.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift and handle items weighing 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites.
- Smartphone with functional camera for job documentation and app use.
- Ownership of required tools, including but not limited to an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow assembly instructions precisely.
