Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble merchandise such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, wheelbarrows, outdoor sheds, and other large retail items according to manufacturer specifications
- Ensure all assemblies are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through a company-provided app
- Maintain a high level of quality control and attention to detail during all assembly tasks
- Manage your own schedule and availability using a self-scheduling system
- Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and completing assignments as scheduled
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and supervisors as needed
- Utilize personal tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Comply with all company policies and safety guidelines
