Assembly Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring that products are assembled safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, allowing customers to enjoy ready-to-use items right from the store.
As an Assembly Technician, you will work on-site at retail stores, assembling merchandise to precise specifications. This position offers flexible scheduling and a performance-based pay structure, enabling you to maximize your earnings based on your speed, quality, and reliability. You will manage your own availability, giving you the freedom to choose when and how often you work. Assembly Technicians who consistently deliver excellent results are eligible for higher pay rates, priority access to additional assignments, and opportunities to assemble more high-volume products.

- Ownership of necessary tools: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential; must consistently check in on time and complete assigned builds.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and visual assembly instructions.
- Self-motivated and able to manage a flexible schedule independently.
- Mechanically inclined with experience in assembly, construction, or similar hands-on work (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
