Assembly Technician - Summary- Hands-on assembly of retail products directly in-store.
- Work on a variety of large items such as grills, lawn mowers, outdoor furniture, bikes, and more.
- Autonomous scheduling and flexible work hours.

- Assemble products according to manufacturer instructions with attention to detail and safety.
- Use your own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Lift and move items weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing via our app.
- Maintain punctuality by checking in at job sites on time to access higher commission rates.
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up and completing assignments as scheduled.
- Adhere to company standards for speed and quality workmanship to earn more assignments and higher pay.
