As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for building a wide variety of merchandise directly in retail environments. Products commonly assembled include grills, BBQs, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture sets, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bikes, and other large-item builds. Your ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and deliver quality workmanship will be recognized and rewarded through a performance-based compensation model. The more efficiently and accurately you assemble, the more you earn—there is no cap on potential earnings.

To be successful in this Assembly Technician position, you must be at least 18 years old, physically capable of repeatedly lifting 50+ lbs, and possess reliable personal transportation. A smartphone with a working camera is required for project documentation and communication via the company app. Technicians must supply their own tools, including a cordless impact driver or drill (18V preferred), deep metric sockets, an Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, box cutter, and a rubber mallet. Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic are essential; no formal experience is required.
