Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble retail products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and similar large items at retail locations.
- Follow assembly instructions and safety guidelines to ensure all products are constructed accurately and securely.
- Use personal tools and equipment effectively to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
- Document completed work through a company-provided app using your smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing.
- Meet daily and weekly assembly targets as set by the company to maximize earnings.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with store personnel and company representatives as needed.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability, checking in on-site as scheduled for each assignment.
- Adhere to company standards for quality, speed, and safety in all assembly work.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years required for all applicants.
- Physical ability to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds and handle large-item assembly.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from retail locations.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a working camera for documentation and communication.
- Ownership of essential tools, including:
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen / hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter / utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Mechanical aptitude and readiness to work independently without direct supervision.
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and quality workmanship.
