Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently assemble a wide range of merchandise, ensuring all products meet company and manufacturer standards for quality and safety
- Use personal tools to complete builds, including drills, impact drivers, sockets, and other assembly equipment
- Utilize a smartphone for taking photos, scanning, and invoicing through a dedicated app
- Manage workload independently by self-scheduling and blocking availability as needed
- Adhere to project deadlines and quality expectations, demonstrating punctuality and reliability
- Maintain a high level of workmanship, speed, and attention to detail on every assembly assignment
- Communicate effectively with store personnel when necessary to coordinate assembly tasks

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically able to lift and maneuver items weighing 50 lbs or more
- Ownership of reliable personal transportation
- Smartphone with camera functionality for job reporting and invoicing
- Personal set of tools, including (but not limited to):
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Mechanical aptitude and a readiness to learn and adapt to new challenges
