Assembly Technician - Summary
- Assemble a variety of large retail products in-store, including grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, outdoor equipment, bikes, and more
- Work directly within major retail environments, representing the assembly services industry leader
- Utilize your mechanical skills to ensure products are built efficiently, accurately, and safely

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble assigned products in-store according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards
- Handle multiple types of large-item builds, adapting to unique assembly requirements for each product
- Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining a focus on accuracy and workmanship
- Document completed jobs using a smartphone for scanning, photographing, and invoicing through a company-provided app
- Communicate professionally with store personnel and company management as needed
- Maintain and transport personal tools and equipment necessary for efficient assembly work
- Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Salary & Benefits
- Performance-based compensation with average earnings of $20/hr and potential for top performers to reach equivalent of $60/hr or more

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and manage large-item assembly
- Reliable personal transportation required to travel to assignment locations
- Smartphone with working camera (for job documentation and use of company app)
- Ownership of a complete set of hand and power tools, including but not limited to:
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow assembly instructions accurately
- Strong sense of reliability and accountability for attendance and job completion
