Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately assemble retail products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and bikes according to manufacturer instructions.
- Utilize your own set of tools, including a cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet, as required for each build.
- Ensure all assembled products meet quality and safety standards before completion.
- Use a smartphone with a camera to document completed work, scan barcodes, and submit invoices through the company app.
- Check in on time at each job site and maintain a high standard of punctuality and reliability.
- Complete multiple builds per day, adapting to a variety of product types and assembly instructions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Physical ability to lift and handle items weighing 50 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Ownership of a reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from job sites.
- Possession of a smartphone with a working camera for job documentation and communication.
- Access to your own set of required tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow assembly instructions and safety protocols.
