This position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy variety in their daily tasks, and take pride in their craftsmanship.

Assembly Technicians are crucial to ensuring that products such as lawn mowers, grills, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage units, bicycles, and other large retail items are safely and efficiently assembled for store display or customer delivery. The role requires a keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow assembly instructions accurately. The job also requires the use of personal tools, such as an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, a hex/Allen bit set, cutting pliers, assorted screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter, and a rubber mallet. A smartphone with a functioning camera is essential for documenting completed work and managing assignments through the company’s app.

Assembly Technicians are recognized and rewarded for their dependability, timeliness, and quality of work.
