This includes items such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, outdoor storage units, wheelbarrows, bicycles, and similar consumer products that require on-site construction to be ready for sale or use.

Working as an Assembly Technician provides the chance to join a respected company known for being the largest in-store assembly provider in the nation. This position is well-suited for those who are mechanically inclined, enjoy variety in their everyday tasks, and are motivated by performance-based opportunities. As an Assembly Technician, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, giving you control over your workdays and hours. The compensation structure is designed to reward productivity, punctuality, and quality workmanship, with no cap on the amount you can earn based on your output and efficiency.

Assembly Technicians are engaged as contractors and benefit from weekly direct deposit payments, incentive-based pay increases, and access to higher-volume assignments for those who demonstrate reliability and high performance. The work is conducted in familiar retail environments, offering daily variety and the chance to build a reputation for excellence within the industry.

To excel in this role, candidates must meet specific requirements. These include being at least 18 years old, being physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly, and possessing reliable personal transportation. A smartphone with a working camera is essential for documentation, scanning, and invoicing through the company’s mobile application. Additionally, Assembly Technicians are expected to provide their own set of tools, such as an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen or hex bit sets, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.

Performance is rewarded through systematic and automated pay increases for punctuality, speed, and reliability. Those who consistently check in on time, complete a higher volume of assemblies, and demonstrate quality workmanship are prioritized for more assignments and access to locations with greater assembly needs. The company values applicants who are serious about their work ethic and ready to deliver results, regardless of whether they have formal experience, as long as they possess mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn and perform.

Immediate opportunities are available for Assembly Technicians who are ready to make a difference and grow their earning potential. This is an excellent path for individuals seeking a self-directed, performance-based role in the assembly services industry.
